Office location and Directions:

70 91st Street Suite 201 Indianapolis, IN, 46250

GPS struggles to find the office location for some reason. It is located on the NE corner of 91st and Meridian street. I  advise entering the office park from 91st street. It is building 70 and the office is located on the second floor. There is an elevator.

The office has a waiting room with light switches on the wall. When you arrive, flip on the switch that has my name above it. This will let me know you have arrived. The office is a shared space and so there are several other therapists in the same location.

Virtual Visits

Virtual visits can be scheduled at any open appointment time (even if I am in the office). These will be conducted through Therapy Zen, which is a secure system. 

Scheduling:

Once you have set up your client account in Therapy Zen, you will have access to online scheduling (it allows you to schedule up to 8 weeks in advance). You may schedule here or with me at the time of our visit. This system will default to the 50 minutes session, so if you would like something different, please speak with me directly. . 

You will be required to keep a credit card on file in order to schedule. 

Payment:

We use Stripe card processing and require that a credit card remain on file. Clients can pay with a credit or debit card, an HSA or FSA card, or split between multiple payment methods. Your card will be charged the day of your appointment, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and No Show Policies:

Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are not charged. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee ($50 for 25 min session, $100 for 50 min session, and $125 for 75 minute session). If you do not cancel and do not show for your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged the full service amount.
